The farm G.M. Montininis situated on the hills around Forlì. It has a total surface of 330Hq and a wine surface of 20Hq. The vinegards have been planted more than 40 years ago in the areas more suitable for type of climate. The harvest of the bunches, selected first in the vinegard then in the cellar, is done by hand.
Red wines and white wines are produced
with bunches derived from biological
agricolture which garantees the genuinity
of the product.
The target of our farm is to assure a production of quality to protect the consumer's health, and the enviroment respect.
For this our produtcts guarantee the absence of fertilizers, erbicidi and antiparassitari.
The products are checked in each phase of the production and certified by I.M.C.
